We will begin your program with a fitness consultation, during which we will administer a series of relevant assessments in order to evaluate your fitness level. These results, in addition to your desired health and fitness objectives, are used to help create an individualized exercise program. At HealthBalance, we use scientifically validated and reliable methods to evaluate body composition, aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, free-living energy expenditure, caloric intake, and flexibility. Assessments will be performed in a timely manner to evaluate your progress and help you continue working towards your goals. We monitor your progress and provide you with objective feedback for yourself and any other health care professional involved in your health.
